WTM Partner Area

• Each partner has their own area on the WTM website where they can upload their company information, press release and order personnel badges.
• Please update all of your Company information once you have received your login details.

WTM Badges

You will now be allowed to add your own personnel to obtain badges. However please note the below;

• Anything above 3 badges will need to be paid for online (£36.00)
• This is a new regulation created by the WTM and not our office.
• We cannot obtain free badges for anyone.
• Please try doing the above as soon as possible, the earlier the better

This year your badges will not be posted. Your badges will be available to be picked from our London Office a day before the WTM opening between 9.00am to 6.00pm

To Order A Visa Application Letter:

• A visa application letter from WTM will support individual exhibitor personnel applications for a visa to visit the UK made to the British Embassy in your country.
• Further information on visa applications for entry into the UK, including if you require a visa, can be found at: www.ukvisas.gov.uk.
• Please note you can only apply for a visa application letter for an individual you have ordered a badge for. To generate a visa application letter click on the link “visa” next to the individuals name below.
• Enter the personal email address of the individual and “submit”. WTM will contact this individual by email with a link to the application form requesting personal details including Nationality, Passport Number, Date of Passport issue/expiry, Date of Birth and Gender
• The process will be completed by sending a link to that individual to download and print their Visa application letter.
